To Be Human is to Help Others. A Way to Take Action

Last week I posted What Does is Mean to be Human? Boat People of Rohingya. Reading about the plight of these people was breaking my heart, but I could not find a way to make a difference.

It is so easy to feel powerless and despairing as to finding a way to help when truly acknowledging the terrible situations so many people face due to persecution, climate change, economic disparity, wars, and more.

A good friend since pointed me to the United Nations Refugee Agency, an organization that is actively working to help these people and many others in similarly tragic circumstances throughout our world.
